WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOTSPOT IN YOUR CITY?
ON IBIZA IT’S SES BOQUES, IT SUCH A CUTE PLACE NEARBY THE BEACH WITH LOCAL FOOD. IN AMSTERDAM IT IS LA FIORITA.
WHAT DOES COLOUR MEAN TO YOU AND HOW DO YOU USE COLOUR IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
YOU CAN SEE MY MOOD THROUGH MY OUTFIT. I SEE THAT I WEAR MORE COLORS IN SUMMER AND ON IBIZA. MAYBE CAUSE MY MOOD IS BETTER, MAYBE BECAUSE I HAVE A TAN OR MAYBE BECAUSE SUMMER CLOTHES ARE BETTER WITH A POP OF COLOUR. BUT IF YOU SEE

What’s a recent discovery that you’re loving at the moment?
More like a rediscovery but a long picnic lunch and read in St Dunstan in the East, near London Bridge.
Who is your all time favorite artist and why?
It’s so hard to name one “all time favourite” but I was recently really blown away by the Marlene Dumas exhibition in Venice. Her portraits are so haunting and super nuanced.
What is your favorite hotspot in your city?
Cafe Cecilia opened by Max Rocha, Simone Rocha’s brother. Just simple tasty food, good location for meeting up with friends and then you can do a canal walk after.
What does colour mean to you and how do you use colour in everyday life?
Colour is so important to me in all aspects whether it’s outfits, interiors or food! It doesn’t even have to be a myriad of colours but just one or two strong uplifting colours instantly lifts my mood.
Do you have a life mantra?
Always have second helpings.
What does colour mean to you and how do you use colour in everyday life?
COLOR MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME, I’VE ALWAYS EXPRESSED MYSELF THROUGH COLORS. I NEED VIBRANT COLORS AROUND ME IN MY HOUSE AND MY WARDROBE. COLORFUL THINGS JUST MAKE ME FEEL GOOD, I COULD NEVER LIFE IN A COLORLESS WORLD.

What’s a recent discovery that you’re loving at the moment?
Morocco. I went there recently and I’ve never been before, it’s such a magical country.
Who is your all time favorite artist and why?
Gun Gordillo. She is a Danish-Swedish artist working with light installations. I just bought one of her pieces for my new apartment, and it’s so beautiful.
What is your favorite hotspot in your city?
My own neighbourhood! I live in central Copenhagen close to Store Kongensgade which is one of my favorite streets in the city. It’s one of the busiest streets which tons of small shops, restaurants, and bakeries. I love to stroll around my neighbourhood on a sunny day and pick up an iced matcha latte at Emmery’s before popping into Tableau to pick up flowers for my house.
Do you have a life mantra?
Be kind, always. I’m a big believer in karma and what you put out into the universe is what you get back.
WHAT’S A RECENT DISCOVERY THAT YOU’RE LOVING AT THE MOMENT?
OBVIOUSLY BEING A MOTHER IS A HUGE NEW DISCOVERY FOR ME AND I’M LOVING EVERY MOMENT I GET TO LIVE EVERY DAY. EVERY DAY HOLDS SOMETHING NEW AND SPECIAL TO DISCOVER AND I’M ENJOYING IT SO MUCH.
WHO IS YOUR ALL TIME FAVORITE ARTIST AND WHY?
THERE ARE SO MANY ARTISTS THAT INSPIRE ME. I PARTICULARLY LIKE THE WORK OF PHOTOGRAPHERS SUCH AS SLIM AARONS WHO USE COLOR IN THEIR ART (I HAVE A BIG
PICTURE OF HIM IN MY LIVING ROOM).
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOTSPOT IN YOUR CITY?
LES QUAIS DE SEINE, NEAR THE RIVER AND ILE SAINT LOUIS. THESE SPOTS ARE SO PICTURESQUE, THEY JUST NEVER GET OLD. I LOVE TAKING A LONG WALK IN THE CITY AND STOPPING THERE TO GET AN ICE CREAM AT BERTHILLON.
WHAT DOES COLOUR MEAN TO YOU AND HOW DO YOU USE COLOUR IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
I’M OBSESSED WITH COLOR AND I THINK IMPLEMENTING IT BRINGS A LOT OF JOY TO ONE’S LIFE. OF COURSE I LIKE TO DRESS WITH COLORS BUT I ALSO USE COLOR IN MY INTERIOR, AND LOVE SOAKING UP WHAT NATURE HAS TO GIVE US IN TERMS OF COLORS (SUNSET IS MY FAVORITE TIME OF THE DAY).

What's a recent discovery that you're loving at the moment?
I recently discovered my love for cooking- I've been especially into trying to master cooking traditional Arabic dishes that I grew up eating.
Who is your all time favorite artist and why?
If we're talking visual art, my current fave is Yoshitomo Nara.
What is your favorite hotspot in the city?
In my hometown Mobile, AL- I love the Downtown area! It's the birthplace of Mardi Gras so naturally it's a very vibrant area. I especially love St Anthony Street because of the mix of colorful contemporary and historic architecture, also my fave coffee shop in the city, Nova, is on this street.
What does colour mean to you and how do you use colour in everyday life? Do you have a life mantra?
Color is the epitome of life. It brings warmth, creates atmosphere and evokes emotions. I use color in my everyday life to express myself, change my mood, match my mood and to attract the energy that I want for the day.
